The Boulevard Dress & top is inspired by 90's jumper dresses. Designed as the perfect seasonal transition dress. Layer a turtleneck, or tee underneath, or wear it as is for a hot Summer day. The front waistline curves down to sit just below the natural waist, while the back curves up to sit higher. Boulevard features front slash pockets, with a gathered skirt, princess seams, and ties or button details. Available in top and dress view.

Fabric Recommendations:
This pattern works best with light to mid-weight natural fiber fabrics that have a soft drape. Ideal choices include lightweight linens and yarn-dyed woven cottons. Avoid fabrics that are too stiff—when we tested this pattern with a fine-wale corduroy, it didn’t gather well and felt bulky. For best results, choose fabrics that respond nicely to gathers and won’t become too thick when layered. Avoid quilting cottons, and extremely drapey fabrics like rayon or, extra light-weight cotton lawn as they don't have enough structure
